¨       The base trolley made of MS Square tube size 40x40. We are providing 4 Nos wheels 2 Nos swell, 2 Nos fixed. Size: OD 150mm 2 Nos screw disc ground jack provided in this trolley  Wheel size: 6 x 2 solid rubber wheel with double Ball bearing / PU Wheels

Main frame: This ladder is made up of aluminium alloy “C” section 66*32*3.18 mm thickness. HE30/ 6351 /T6 Grade.

·         Chemical composition (Si- 00.900, Fe- 0.160, Cu- 0.070, Mn-0.60, Mg-0.770, Cr-0.010, Zn-0.010, Ti-0.020, V-0.001, Zr-0.001) Aluminium – 97.50

·         Mechanical properties – UTS(Mpa)-353.14 , % Elongation on 50mm GL- 11, 0.2% Proof stress Mpa – 338.43 (Certificate confirms to IS 733-1983/64430-T6)

 

Steps: The steps are made up of non slip aluminium alloy corrugated fluted pipe step of 1” dia and 3 mm thickness HE30 / 6063/T6 Grade

·         Chemical composition (Si- 00.500, Fe- 0.140, Cu- 0.002, Mn-0.009, Mg-0.540, Cr-0.002, Zn-0.004, Ti-0.010, V-0.00, Zr-0.00) Aluminium – 98.74

·         Mechanical properties – UTS(Mpa)-182.22, % Elongation on 50mm GL- 14, 0.2% Proof stress Mpa – 173.53 (Certificate confirms to IS 733)

 

Step Interval: Every step has an interval of 12” for easy climbing and the ladder has a single sliding movement. Both sides of the fluted pipe steps are covered with plastics caps to avoid insects going in.

 

Platform size: We are providing a platform on top of the ladder(Platform size:20.5×18 inch) which is made up of aluminum alloy framed with aluminum “L” angle and  Chequered sheet of 3 mm thick, provided with a floating type platform gauge 3 feet from the top and also provided with tool tray. The ladder can be used in variation degree from 90 degree up to 45 degree

 

MS Trolley: The ladder base is made of MS Channels (75*40*6mm) and the  “L” angle (40*40*6mm). The MS trolley size is 4 feet x 5 feet on ground. The trolley is moved by means of tow bar.

 

Counter weight: Counter weight will be provided at the bottom of the trolley in order to balance the ladder weight in variation degree.

 

Wheels: We are providing 4 Wheels Solid rubber tyre wheels with double ball bearing of Wheel size 12×3 inch, where 2 fixed wheel at the rear side and 2 round table arrangement at the front side.  This wheel can withstand one tone capacity..

 

Screw jack: We are providing 4 Nos Screw Jack for ground resting to immobilizes the ladder when in use. The ladder cannot move if the jacks are screwed to the ground on 4 sides.

 

MS Square Block: The ladder can be tilted from 0 to 90 degree by means of special MS Bracket made of square block (125*40mm).The overall tilting load is bared by MS bracket. We are also providing extra tie rod for stability of the ladder in extension position.

 

 

 

 

 

Wire rope: We are providing double wire rope for extension and single rope for tilting the ladder. The extension and tilting wire rope is 6 mm thick

Winch mechanism: We are specially providing 2 nos winch with double drum and double rope mechanism (Double drum for extension ) and (Single drum for tilting )the ladder  one winch is for tilting the ladder from 0 to 90 degree and the another winch is to extend the ladder to required height . Each winch is provided with Ratchet for safety in order to stop the winch reversing back unconditionally.
