Main frame: This ladder is made up of aluminium alloy “C” section 66*32*3.18 mm thickness. HE30/ 6351 /T6 Grade.

·         Chemical composition (Si- 00.900, Fe- 0.160, Cu- 0.070, Mn-0.60, Mg-0.770, Cr-0.010, Zn-0.010, Ti-0.020, V-0.001, Zr-0.001) Aluminium – 97.50

·         Mechanical properties – UTS(Mpa)-353.14 , % Elongation on 50mm GL- 11, 0.2% Proof stress Mpa – 338.43 (Certificate confirms to IS 733-1983/64430-T6)

Steps: The steps are made up of non slip aluminium alloy corrugated fluted pipe step of 1” dia and 3 mm thickness / 65 mm mullion box type step HE30 / 6063/T6 Grade. The steps are fixed and reverted to the “C” section

Plastic buttons: Both sides of the flutted pipe steps are covered with plastics caps to avoid insects going in. 

Step Interval:  Every step has an interval of 12” for easy climbing

Load capacity: Over all load capacity of the ladder is 150 to 200  kg inclusive of user weight and hand tool

Rubber shoes: Bottom legs provided with non-skid heavy duty rubber shoes

Available heights: 5 feet to 20 feet
